The MTS-P02.2-D2-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW is a high-performance SPC control offered as a plug-in card. This MTS-P02.2 model comes designed with a hardware component that drives its performance factor from 2 to 2.5. In addition, it comes embedded with a BedienTerminal that allows it to control up to four (4) operator terminals including BTA20, BTM15/16, etc. This module can function on its own accord as a standalone PLC. Also, it can operate as a Slave PLC in conjunction with an MTC-P. The MTS-P02.2-D2-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW features interfaces and optional connections that are made available in the form of PC-104 modules.
In general, MTS-P02.2 can run up to 4 PC-104 modules and the MTS-P02.2-D2-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW has 2 INTERBUS master connections in form of PC-104 modules. The INTERBUUS interface has 9 pins, a D-SUB and a female connector. This unit has been verified to be operationally reliable and may only be used as intended. In underwater or extreme heat scenarios, the MTS-P02.2-D2-B1-B1-NN-NN-FW is not recommended for use. It finds application in machine tools, paper processing and mounting systems.
