The MTS-P01.2-D2-P1-S4-E1-NN-FW model reflects the modern design and manufacturing of Rexroth Indramat. The model is intended to be used as a standalone SPC and matching control for MTC200 / MTA200. The MTS-P control takes electrical connection from the 24 VDC power source and its basic unit consumes 0.5 A of continuous current. The MTS-P control comes with an SPC module, PROFIBUS master interface, and serial interface modules (RS422/RS232). The operating parameters of the module are saved into the EPROM memory and it should be ordered separately, according to the required configuration. A rechargeable battery is placed in this module to save the SPS user program and retentive data. The serial interfaces (2 × RS232 and 2 × RS422/485) of the model consume the maximum power of 250 mA and it operates on the supply voltage of 4.5 – 5.5 VDC. Serial interfaces provide a connection for the HMI control panels (BTV04/05/06).
The model MTS-P01.2-D2-P1-S4-E1-NN-FW is designed to install into the Reco 02 rack and up to 4 racks can be installed side by side. The module installation in the RMB02.2 rack must always begin at the right-hand side. The enclosure is in IP 20 rating which protects it from dust particles having a diameter greater than 12.5 mm. The ambient temperature on which the module can operate ideally is 0 to +50 degree Celsius and it can operate at the maximum altitude of 1500 meters without a reduction in drive data. The model can be stored without any damage within the temperature range of -25 to +70 degree Celsius.
