The MTS-P01.2-D2-P1-P2-NN-NN-FW model consists of a basic unit along with ISA-BUS and an active PC/104 interface which includes various serial interfaces, field bus connections, and I/O modules. The MTS-P control can operate as a standalone SPC and its firmware is stored into the Flash EPROM which helps to distinguish between the master and slave operations. The permissible voltage range for the module is 18 – 28 VDC including 4 Vss ripples. The model is provided with 16 TTL inputs and outputs which help to connect the machine function keys and key switches of BTV20. The model is equipped with a COM serial interface is provided for connection of a printer or a visualization unit. The MTS-P control is developed for being installed in the BTV20/30 or in any industrial PC. The local bus is used for data exchange between the NC assemble and the SPS control.
