The MTS-P01.2-D2-P1-NN-NN-NN-FW model is designed to be installed into an industrial PC (BTV 20/30) with an ISA bus. The MTS-P control should be programmed before commissioning, according to the required functions. The control is suitable for use in machine tools, handling systems, and packaging machines. The MTS-P control is equipped with an SPC module and a PROFIBUS module. The PROFIBUS module is used for developing effective communication between the SPS unit and other I/O devices. The model is designed to operate at the dc-link voltage of 24 VDC with 4 Vss ripples. The model consumes 0.5 A of current and its total weight is approximately 1 kg. The standard ISA bus is used for exchanging data between the PC and the control. The model can be installed into the RMB 02.2 rack and the module is secured with two retaining screws. The model is equipped with a single-digit H1 display and the grounding is done through the grounding stud.
