Product Description:
The MTS-P01.2-D2-B1-E1-NN-NN-FW SPS module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is equipped with the ability to act as an efficient SPS control. The module supports a plug-in card ISA-bus format. This product is intended to be fitted inside commercially available industrial PCs. The device is composed of a basic unit, PC104 plug-in modules and a PC104 interface in the active state. It also encompasses a BT bus to operate up to a maximum of four operator terminals. This device must be mounted and installed only according to the specifications given by the manufacturer. The unit should also be used as intended to avoid getting damaged. A check for defects must be done before the module is operated.
This SPS module features a plug-in SPC design. The product can operate as either a standalone SPC or as a matching control for the manufacturer’s MTA200 or MTC200 units. The device should be used with only approved parts and accessories. It is lightweight and weighs close to 0.3kg. The unit is available in 5V and 12V supply voltage options that have allowable ripple content of 50mV and 120mV respectively. The product facilitates data exchange with the computer through the standard ISA bus connection in the PC. This bus also renders the voltage supply required for the SPS assembly. The SPS module can be sent to any address of your preference.
The unit should never be set to function under water. The module features Class F insulation in adherence toDIN 40 040 specifications. This product also encompasses Class A RFI emissions as per EN 55022 standards when used in industrial environments. Its addresses should be set using a DIP switch before its installation is carried out. The unit supports seven operating states. The current operating state is highlighted in the H1 seven-segment display. This SPS module is available with backup support for a year.
