The Rexroth MTC-R02.1-E1-A2-A2-A2-FW is an SPS module for MTC200-R CNC control systems. It comes in an IP 20 rated housing and installs in a RMB02.2 rack. The MTC-R02.1 module has a single integrated axis module and slots for three additional modules. The MTC-R02.1-E1-A2-A2-A2-FW comes with three additional axis modules installed in the slots: therefore the CNC module can control 32 drives. The MTC-R02.1-E1-A2-A2-A2-FW module communicates with the drives via the SERCOS interface. The transmit and receive ports for the SERCOS interface are located on the front panel of the module. The communication takes place at optical wavelengths ranging from 640 to 675 nanometers. Transmit power range of the optical transmitter is from -3.5 to -28.2 dBm. The front panel of the module also contains a stats indicator labeled H1 and a diagnose connector labeled X1. The MTC-R02.1-E1-A2-A2-A2-FW does not have any export restrictions.

 Rexroth requires that the firmware for the module be ordered separately. The MTC-R02.1-E1-A2-A2-A2-FW module runs on nominal 24 Volts DC and supports 18 to 28 Volts DC input. During storage or transportation an ambient temperature range of -25 to 70 degrees Celsius should be maintained. Only trained personnel should install and operate the MTC-R02.1-E1-A2-A2-A2-FW module. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
