The MTC-P01.2-M1-A2-NN-NN-FW model provides high dynamics when used in conjunction with the SPS (MTS-P01.1 module) and they communicate via Indramat local bus. The MTC-P01.2 control takes power directly from the industrial PC and it should be installed in the empty ISA slot of the industrial PC. The model comes in a standard design and it is not protected against dust particles and liquids that’s why the industrial PC should be mounted into the control cabinet of at least IP54 ingress protection. Up to 8 drives can be connected directly to the single module and when used together with an axis processor module, up to 16 drives can be attached with this unit. The data between the drive and the controller can be exchanged via the SERCOS interface that uses an optical fiber cable for transferring data. The operating parameters are stored in the software module and it must be ordered as a separate sub-item. The MTC-P01.2 control is only allowed to operate with the accessories and modules specified by Rexroth Indramat.

The model MTC-P01.2-M1-A2-NN-NN-FW can be mounted under the permissible temperature and humidity range. The unit comes with a 1 MB RAM and a rechargeable battery is placed for storing the machine parameters, NC program packages, machine data, zero offset, and tool data for up to 6 months. It comes in the ISA bus module format. The module comes with an export restriction. A single-digit H1 diagnostic display is placed in both the CNC controller and axis processor module for diagnosing errors. The DIP switch is placed for setting the addresses of the module. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
