The MTC-P01.2-M1-A2-NN-NN-FW is a processor board from the MTC200 CNC Modules series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. The board functions as the numerical control core in multi-axis machining centers and supplies coordinated motion commands to Indramat drives and feedback devices. By hosting axis logic locally, it offloads the main industrial PC and supports deterministic cycle times for contouring, drilling, and tool-change sequences in automated production cells. The module communicates with the host controller over the ISA bus, so it can be inserted directly into legacy industrial PCs without a custom backplane. Motion commands reach the drives through a SERCOS fiber-optic interface that provides noise-immune, real-time telegrams for closed-loop motion control. Internal calculation is supported by an axis-module coprocessor, and trajectory data are stored in 1 MB RAM. The hardware can supervise up to 8 integrated axes.
