Product Description

The MSK101E-0200-NN-M2-AP0-RNNN synchronous servomotor has a size code of 101. This Bosch Rexroth motor is to be handled only after reading and understanding the documentation pertaining to safety and intended use. The product is intended to be utilized in any area where no explosive atmosphere takes place during normal operation. The device can be used only for applications intended by the manufacturer. Its drive controller should be programmed before startup so that the motor performs the application-specific functions. The unit is supposed to be properly and correctly mounted, installed, transported and stored for safe and optimum operation. It can take up to 140 minutes for the motor to cool down after being switched OFF.

The motor has live connectors during operation. The product must be transported using suitable lifting equipment. The device service and repair must be done by only the manufacturer’s service team. The unit supports a maximum operating temperature of 55°C. It should be taken care that the exalted tensile load of its connection cables must not be exceeded to avoid the danger of explosion. This product can have a discharge current in the form of leakage current over its housing when the grounding connector in its motor cable is not connected. This motor comes with a warranty for one year.

The device comes without any holding brake to assist its operation. The unit should undergo a unit test in compliance with EN 60079-15 specifications if its explosion protection properties are altered. It may cause an explosion hazard when it is overloaded due to a high temperature. The motor housing is not leakproof. The product installation in upright orientation can be done with the shaft pointing upwards or downwards. This device incorporates a shaft with keyway. The unit features four pole pairs.
