Product Description

Bosch Rexroth is the designer of the MSK synchronous motors, one of which is the MSK101E-0200-FN-S1-BG0-NNNN. These motors are characterized by high dynamics, compact construction, and high torque density. They have varying driving powers and different interfaces that allow them to function in user-specific applications. They are used in applications like machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, packaging and food processing machines, metal forming machines, and robotics.

The MSK101E-0200-FN-S1-BG0-NNNN is equipped with a single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface. This encoder uses the optical measurement method and has 128 signal periods. It allows complete, indirect position evaluation within one mechanical motor rotation and gives a high degree of precision. The encoder also has an in-built data memory for storing relevant information such as the motor name, control loop parameters, and other parameters. This model has a plain shaft with a radial shaft sealing ring. The shaft gives a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft hub connection with a high degree of quiet running while the shaft sealing ring prevents fluids from entering the shaft. This keeps the shaft seal greased for a lifetime.

As a liquid-cooled motor, the MSK101E-0200-FN-S1-BG0-NNNN is suitable for extreme loads such as start-stop operations with high repetition rates. The motor also belongs to Insulation Class F; hence it has a high degree of thermal stability. This MSK model has a protection rating of IP 65 per DIN EN 60529. It signifies that it is dust-proof, protected against water jets from different directions and that it has complete shock protection. This motor functions at an ambient temperature of 0°C to 40°C and should be mounted at a maximum height of 1,000m above sea level.
