Product Description

Servo motors in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system combine with other components to produce high-efficiency work. One of these is the MSK motor designed with a compact build and precise encoder systems. They are commonly used in machine tools, robotics, and food processing and packaging machines.

The MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-BG2-NNNN is a model of the compact synchronous servo motors in the MSK series by Bosch Rexroth. It is protected from damage due to thermal overload by two temperature monitoring systems, the temperature model and the temperature sensor. This temperature sensor is the KTY84 type, and it initiates shutdown at 150°C to prevent such damage. The servo motor also uses an optical encoder with the single-turn configuration and Hiperface interface, which records the absolute, indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation. Its system accuracy is ±80 angular seconds, and it substitutes for separate incremental encoders. This MSK model’s output shaft is the plain type, and it provides a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash.

A black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water coats the housing of the MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-BG2-NNNN. It is resistant to current mineral oils, sewage,  diluted acids/alkaline solutions, and water. This housing is also sealed and has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 per EN 60529, meaning it is dust-proof, touch-proof, and impervious to water jet sprays. The motor can reach a maximum speed of 3,400 revolutions per minute and attain a maximum torque of 160.0 Nm.
