The MSK101D-0200-NN-M3-AG0-NNNN is a unique electrical asynchronous motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to generate kinetic energy for industrial production and processing machines. This motor is a highly compact device that features a housing unit that provides it with complete protection against solid foreign substances and liquid substances directed at the motor from any angle. The motor is also covered with a special varnish that is made from epoxy polyamide resin in water. The coating provides the motor with complete resistance against diluted acids, current mineral oil, and sewage; it also provides partial resistance against hydraulic oil and organic solvents. The high protection provided by the housing of this industrial motor makes it possible for the motor to maintain a high operational efficiency even when it is being used in conditions considered too harsh for convectional industrial machines.

The MSK101D-0200-NN-M3-AG0-NNNN industrial motor regulates its operational temperature via natural convection, to aid this temperature regulation process, it is important for industrial operators to ensure that the motor is installed in a position that exposes it to cool air. The connection between this industrial motor and the drive controller occurs through two major cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. The power cable supplies the motor with electrical energy from the drive controller, while the motor feedback cable is used in the exchange of digital signals between the encoder of the motor and the drive controller.

The MSK101D-0200-NN-M3-AG0-NNNN industrial motor also features a plain output shaft that provides a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft hub connection with a high degree of running. The plain outputs shaft is designed to support a high radial load, and is perfect for pinons and belt pullies.
