The MSK100D-0200-NN-M1-AP2-NSNN industrial synchronous motor is a durable motor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to generate kinetic energy for highly advanced industrial production systems. This motor is designed according to the IP65 protection class; this means its housing offers it complete protection against the interference of solid materials and even liquid substances directed at it from any angle. Under normal operating conditions, the MSK100D-0200-NN-M1-AP2-NSNN industrial motor operates with an efficiency of about 95 percent; it can meet the operation requirements of industrial machines that require a broad speed range from industrial motors. This controller also contains a multi-turn absolute optical encoder designed to convert the physical movements of the motor into digital signals the drive controller can use to monitor the operation of the motor in real-time.

The MSK100D-0200-NN-M1-AP2-NSNN industrial drive controller is supplied with two main types of connectors; the power connector and the encoder connector. These two connectors are designed as plug-in connectors; thus, they can be easily integrated into the motor’s housing. The output shaft of this industrial motor contains a keyway designed according to DIN 6885-1. This keyway ensures that the motor is firmly connected to the industrial machine without any risk of disconnection. The heat generated in this motor’s housing is regulated via natural convection; however, the controller can be installed with an external air blower to facilitate this temperature regulating system. The electrically released holding brake integrated with this synchronous motor has a holding torque of about 70-newton meters.

The MSK100D-0200-NN-M1-AP2-NSNN synchronous motor contains a high metal content; thus, it can be easily recycled once its usefulness as a synchronous motor has been exhausted.
