Product Description

The MSK070C-0150-NN-M2-UP0-RNNN synchronous servomotor is used along with a drive controller. This drive controller tends to move dangerously if there is a fault in the Bosch Rexroth motor. The output shaft and shaft seal of this motor must not come in direct contact with the machining medium as far as possible. The maximum allowed radial force of the device depends on the type of shaft, force action point, and breaking load. The mechanical lifetime of the bearings in the unit tends to get reduced due to increased mechanical damage or wear. The synchronous motor can be affixed with only gearboxes that have a closed oil-proof lubrication system.

The motor fixed bearing on the B side tends to get damaged if the maximum allowed axial force is exceeded. The product has to be used with self-supported drive elements that are connected to its shaft through axially compensated couplings. The device does not make use of any holding brake. Its type plate helps in procuring spare parts when there is a malfunction. The type designation of the unit is also stored in the data memory of the encoder. The servomotor may pose a risk of injury due to improper handling when it is transported. This product handling must be done such that there is no damage due to the flange and shaft.

The device must be lifted using suitable equipment such as cranes with loop lifting straps. The unit is meant to be fitted with shock absorbers if there are chances of heavy vibrations during transport. It has to be stored and transported only in horizontal orientation. This motor must be operated only by trained and qualified personnel. The product is equipped with bolted connections for mounting the flange. These connections should have the ability to withstand the weight of the motor and the forces during operation. This synchronous motor has a warranty for one year and it can be dispatched to any address in any country.
