The MSK070C-0150-NN-M2-UP0-RNNN synchronous servomotor is used along with a drive controller. This drive controller tends to move dangerously if there is a fault in the Bosch Rexroth motor. The output shaft and shaft seal of this motor must not come in direct contact with the machining medium as far as possible. The maximum allowed radial force of the device depends on the type of shaft, force action point, and breaking load. The mechanical lifetime of the bearings in the unit tends to get reduced due to increased mechanical damage or wear. The synchronous motor can be affixed with only gearboxes that have a closed oil-proof lubrication system.
The motor fixed bearing on the B side tends to get damaged if the maximum allowed axial force is exceeded. The product has to be used with self-supported drive elements that are connected to its shaft through axially compensated couplings. The device does not make use of any holding brake.
