Product Description

The MSK061C-0200-NN-M2-UP1-RNNN synchronous servomotor offered by Bosch Rexroth comprises a 240° rotatable connector for its electrical connection. The motor is integrated with a keyway shaft and a holding brake along with an optical encoder. The product fails to run due to instances such as a missing controller enable signal or voltage supply, a controller fault or when the brake is not released. The device tends to vibrate if its mounting screws are loose or coupling elements are poorly balanced. The unit requires a cooling time of 140 minutes after it has been switched OFF. Its functionality tends to get influenced negatively because of excessive dust, chips or dirt.

The motor is integrated with a KTY84 temperature sensor to monitor its temperature. This sensor offers the synchronous motor high protection against irreparable damage because of overload. It triggers a warning when the motor temperature reaches 140°C. The encoder data memory of the product encompasses the motor-warning and motor shutdown temperatures. The device supports a relative humidity of 75% at 30°C during transportation. The unit storage is to be done in a place free from vibrations. It must be run without load at a speed between 800RPM and 1000RPM when the motor is kept unused for over a year.
