Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MSK060C-0600-NN-M3-UP0-NNNN synchronous servomotor has an IP 65 degree of protection for its housing and output shaft in compliance with EN 60034-5 specifications. The motor is designed for transportation and storage only in horizontal orientation. The product is associated with a winding code of 600. The device is cooled by natural convection. The unit supports a maxim axial shock load of 100m/s2 for 11ms. It can be installed both horizontally and vertically. The motor should not have fluid accumulation at its output shaft for a long time when it is installed in the vertical orientation. This product has a tendency of exploding if its surface characteristics are altered.

The device does not have a holding brake. This unit features a keyway shaft in accordance with DIN 6885-1 specifications. This shaft has a radial shaft sealing ring and tends to get damaged and/or break due to intense reversing operation. The servomotor is subject to radial and axial forces on its shaft and bearings during operation. The bearing of the product has a lifespan of 30,000 operating hours according to ISO 281 specifications. Its actually acting radial force must never be more than the maximum permitted radial force. The temperature of the unit is monitored by means of a KTY 84 type temperature sensor fitted in the stator.

This motor must not have a voltage rise that exceeds the specified limits. The device should not have ice formation, condensation or salt mist on its surface at any point in time. The product has to be visually inspected for damage-free parts when it is put to use after a storage period of more than one year. The device comes fitted with protection sleeves on its plug connections and shaft. These sleeves have to be removed only just before the motor is assembled. This synchronous motor is available with a year’s Wake Industrial warranty for international shipping.
