Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MSK060B-0600-NN-M3-UG0-NNNN synchronous servomotor incorporates a standard smooth and plain shaft. This shaft with a radial shaft sealing ring renders a backlash-free and force-fit shaft hub connection with very quiet running. The motor bearings and shaft are subject to radial and axial forces during operation. The servomotor supports a maximum permissible axial force of 40N. The product has a multiturn absolute Hiperface capacitive encoder with 16 signal periods. The device comes with a standard design. The unit features bearings with a lifespan of 30,000 operating hours as per ISO 281 specifications. The flange end of its output shaft may depict a shift in position by 0.6mm with respect to the motor housing because of thermal effects.

The motor shaft must be connected with self-supported drive elements through axially compensating elements. The product is CE Certified, RoHS Compliant and cUL Recognized. The device must encompass unhindered vertical convection by making sure that there is a distance of 100mm from adjacent components on the side. The temperature of the unit is monitored by means of a temperature sensor to protect the motor against damage due to thermal overload. Its motor warning temperature and motor shutdown threshold temperature values are stored in the encoder data memory.

This motor must always be stored and transported only in horizontal orientation. The product should never have any salt mist on its surface. The device must be made to run without load at 800rpm to 1000rpm speed for one hour when it is stored without use for over a year.
