The MSK101E-0450-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN is a synchronous motor that has been designed for controlling the speed and position of the equipment installed in the industrial assembly lines. The motor can function continuously without heating up because of its inbuilt cooling fan. This model can be installed in tough ambient conditions and has been protected in accordance with the IP 65 ingress protection standards. Because of this level of ingress protection, this model can function in areas where there is exposure to water jets, oils, emulsions, dust, debris, and non-corrosive particles. This model is used for a wide range of applications where start stop movements are required in the industrial assembly lines. The motor’s low inertia allows fast pace acceleration and deceleration movements.

The MSK101E-0450-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN has an inbuilt fan that is used for cooling the motor. The fan ensures that there is no heat build up in the motor despite continuous usage. In addition to motor cooling, there is an inbuilt temperature sensing device in this device that is used for continuously monitoring the temperature of motor windings. This protects this model against overtemperature failure. The low inertia rotor of this model allows fast paced movements. This model excels at accurate speed control because of Hiperface encoder used in the model. The model can deliver its peak torque across almost its entire speed range. Because of this capability, this motor can be used in woodworking machines, textile machines, machine tools, automation systems, paper manufacturing machines, paper printing machines. The system has been provided with class 155 insulation materials for the protection of the internal circuits.
