Designed as a permanent-magnet AC unit, it supplies precisely regulated torque and speed to packaging machines, handling robots, and machining centers. An absolute feedback encoder is integrated at the rear of the frame so drive controllers can read real-time rotor position and adjust phase currents with a tight dynamic response.

A frame code of 101 gives the motor a stator diameter large enough to deliver high torque while keeping the envelope suitable for compact machine layouts. Heat generated by the windings is released through natural convection, so no forced-air or liquid cooling infrastructure is necessary. The motor uses a B5 flange for direct alignment to gearboxes or machine mounts, and power and signal conductors terminate in a terminal box to simplify wiring.
