The MSK101E-0200-FN-M1-AP0-NNNN servomotor is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MSK IndraDyn S Synchronous Motors series. This synchronous servomotor converts drive current into tightly regulated torque and speed for position loops in machining centers, packaging axes, and gantry stages within industrial automation cells. Its standard mechanical design and liquid-ready housing let it mount directly to drive trains where precise cyclic travel is required. The motor is intended for closed-loop motion systems that rely on repeatable acceleration, stable velocity control, and accurate stopping at commanded positions.

Heat is removed through liquid cooling, allowing the stator to carry high continuous current during extended cycles. Feedback data are generated by an optical encoder that communicates through the Hiperface interface, and its scale provides 128 signal periods for fine angle resolution at the drive. Because the encoder is a multiturn absolute encoder, the axis retains an exact position count across multiple rotations even after power loss. That feedback arrangement supports consistent position tracking during indexing, contouring, and synchronized motion. The motor is supplied without a holding brake, so vertical or suspended loads need external holding force when power is removed.

The enclosure is rated IP65, which keeps out dust and resists low-pressure water jets during cleaning. Torque is delivered through a shaft with a keyway, allowing keyed couplings or hubs to transmit motion without slip under load. Electrical power enters from the A side of the housing, which can simplify routing in compact machine spaces. The frame code 101 indicates a mid-sized rotor, while winding code 0200 is matched to drives that supply the required current and voltage. Thermal endurance is supported by insulation class 155, and reliable operation is maintained within 0–40 °C ambient conditions when the coolant circuit is active.
