The MSK101D-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN is a model of the Bosch Rexroth servo motors of the MSK series. Like others in the series, this synchronous servo motor is equipped with two temperature monitoring systems: the temperature model and the temperature sensor. They work independently to prevent irreversible damage due to thermal overload. The thermal sensor is the KTY84 type, built into the stator to initiate protective procedures like shutdown. According to EN 60529, this MSK motor has an Ingress Protective rating of IP 65, indicating that it is sealed, dust-proof, touch-proof, and impermeable to water jet penetration. Its housing is also coated with a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water with resistance to sewage, dilute acids, and current mineral oils.

Heat elimination during the operation of the MSK101D-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN is via natural convection.
