Product Description

The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AG3-NNNN is an advanced electrical motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial machines by supplying these machines with the kinetic energy they require for operation. This electrical motor is a highly compact device that features a housing unit designed according to the IP65 protection class, this high protection class makes it possible for the motor to operate efficiently in industrial conditions considered harsh and unfavourable for conventional industrial machines. The configuration and general operation of this electrical motor are designed to be straightforward, however, these should still be carried out by well-trained engineers who have gone through the documentation supplied with the motor. The wrong handling of this electrical motor can lead to dangerous motor movement during operation.

The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AG3-NNNN industrial motor also features an internal optical multi-turn encoder which provides the drive controller with the digital signals it requires to control the operation of the motor according to pre-determined configuration parameters. The communication between this electrical motor and the drive controller occurs through two major cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable.  The power cable supplies the motor with the electrical energy it requires for operation, the electrical energy is accurately controlled by the drive controller. Also, the motor feedback cable is used in the exchange of digital information between the drive controller and the encoder of the industrial motor in real-time.

The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AG3-NNNN electrical motor also features a special holding break which is designed to hold the load connected to the output shaft in place when the motor is not in operation. Under normal operation, this holding break can generate a holding torque of about 120-newton meters.
