The MSK100D-0350-NN-M2-AG0-RSNN is a synchronous servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MSK IndraDyn S Synchronous Motors series. It supplies controlled torque and speed to positioning axes, pick-and-place modules, and other motion elements on automated lines. Integrated feedback and permanent-magnet construction let the drive controller maintain precise shaft alignment during rapid load changes. This operating principle supports repeatable motion where short cycle times and accurate stop positions are required.

This motor uses natural convection for cooling, so surrounding airflow must stay unobstructed. Its housing is rated IP65, which helps block dust and low-pressure water jets common in industrial areas. Position data moves through the EnDat2.1 interface, and the optical encoder provides 2048 signal periods before interpolation by the drive. Because the sensor is multi-turn absolute, the axis powers up with full position knowledge and can return to operation without a reference run. All components remain within tolerance across an ambient range of 0–40 °C, which suits standard machine environments.

The mechanical end of the rotor uses a plain shaft with no keyway, which supports concentric coupling and suits precision gearheads. Insulation class 155 permits the winding system to handle elevated internal temperatures during continuous cyclic duty. Torque-producing characteristics come from winding code 0350, which matches the electrical behavior expected by compatible 400 V drive systems. The motor uses a D-length stator in a size 100 frame, and the power connector is mounted on the A-side to keep cable routing clear of adjacent axes. It is built without an integrated brake, which reduces rotor inertia and supports faster acceleration and deceleration in indexing applications.
