The MSK100D-0350-NN-M1-BG2-NNNN is a synchronous motor manufactured by the company. This model is used for assembly line automation and can also be used in production lines. The motor has been designed with four pole pairs and is used for high start stop applications due to its low rotor inertia. The motor has been powered with high density permanent magnets that are able to generate a high amount of magnetic flux. This ensures the availability of maximum torque at the output shaft. The motor's peak torque is also available for use at various speeds because of the electronic commutation used in this model instead of the conventional brushed design. The use of electronic commutation also ensures a hazard free operation. This model has a peak torque of 185 Nm with a peak current of 135 A.
The MSK100D-0350-NN-M1-BG2-NNNN is able to seamlessly operate in humid and moist conditions. This is possible because of an internal sealing kit that creates a predefined amount of overpressure inside the motor’s enclosure. As a result, fluids and moisture are unable to penetrate inside the enclosure due to resistance offered by the internal pressure. The internal circuits are protected from exposure to high levels of heat and class 155 insulation materials are used in the motor. This model can be operated at an overtemperature of 100K and 60K. At 60K overtemperature, the motor’s continuous torque is 48 Nm when a continuous current of 20.7 A is applied. This model is suitable for use with woodworking machines and textile machines. It can also be used with handling equipment.
