The MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-AG2-NNNN is a state-of-the-art industrial synchronous motor produced by Rexroth Indramat to supply industrial production and processing machines with the kinetic energy they require for optimum operation. This electrical motor is designed by industrial professionals; it features a durable housing unit that provides protection according to the IP65 protection class and is specially structured to allow for direct integration into the industrial servo system without the need for an additional control cabinet. The MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-AG2-NNNN industrial motor also features a brushless design; during operation, it does not generate a noise pressure that exceeds 75 decibels, and it also maintains a high dynamic during operation. The housing of the MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-AG2-NNNN industrial motor features a prime black coat which prevents rapid deterioration that can be caused by corrosive liquid substances such as dilute acids and alkali, seawater, sewage and lye.

The MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-AG2-NNNN industrial motor contains a sophisticated single-turn optical encoder which permits the absolute indirect position recording within one mechanical motor rotation. This internal encoder operates with a system accuracy of about ±80 angular seconds and can generate about 1,048,576 bits of information per motor revolution. The information generated by the motor encoder is sent to the drive controller, which uses it to monitor and control the operation of the motor in real-time.

The MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-AG2-NNNN industrial motor features a plain output shaft through which it sends the kinetic energy it generates to industrial machines; this plain shaft can support a high load; it also connects to an electrically releasing holding break that helps to keep the load connected to the shaft in place when the shaft is not in operation. The permissible ambient temperature range for the operation of this industrial motor falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius; however, if the motor is not in operation, it can be stored at a temperature as high as 80 degrees Celsius.
