The outer housing of the MSK100C synchronous motor was designed to meet IP 65 protection requirements and has an insulation class rating of 155. This suggests a barrier exists against high-pressure water, lubricants, emulsifiers, and other noncorrosive chemicals. The motor delivers 38 Nm of constant torque while using 35.4 A of continuous current at 60 K. To avoid vibrations, the motor must be securely linked to the intended machine, and for optimum performance, it must be coupled with the drive controller it was designed for. The recommended temperature range for motor operation is between 0 and +40 degrees Celsius, whereas the optimal temperature range for relocation is between -20 and 80 degrees Celsius. A sealing ring is installed on the plain output shaft of the high-performance MSK100C synchronous motor to prevent lubricants from entering the shaft. Rexroth products are designed and manufactured in compliance with current technical requirements. Before delivery, they are tested to ensure that they operate safely.
