The Bosch MSK100B-0450-NN-M2-AG0-RNNN is a MSK series servo motor. As per the type code, the motor frame size is 100, the motor frame length is B and the motor winding code is 0450. The motor supports digital servo feedback. It is equipped with an optical multiturn encoder with an EnDat 2.1 interface. The encoder is rated for 2048 signal periods. The function of the encoder is to measure motor speed, position and torque. The motor sends these measurements to a drive controller that controls these parameters. The controller also provides motor power: the power cable connects to power connector on side A of the motor housing. Bosch provides MSK motors with different housing designs.
