The MSK100B-0400-NN-M2-AP0-RNNN is an IndraDyn S synchronous servomotor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and part of the MSK IndraDyn S Synchronous Motors series. In an automation cell, the unit converts drive current into precise rotary motion for coordinated axes on packaging lines, gantries, and material-handling stations. Its integrated encoder returns position data to the controller so commanded speed and angle can be corrected during continuous motion and indexed moves.

This model uses natural convection cooling, so heat is dissipated through the housing without fans or liquid circuits. A build option for increased concentricity helps limit shaft runout where close alignment is important. Position feedback is handled through an EnDat2.1 interface with an optical scanning system that provides 2048 signal periods per revolution. The multiturn absolute function preserves turn information after power loss, which reduces the need for a reference move at startup.
