Product Description:

The Bosch MSK100B-0400-NN-M1-RP0-NNNN is a servo motor. It is developed especially for high-performance industrial applications. The motor has a housing with a standard design. Bosch also offers other designs for MSK motors. The MSK100B-0400-NN-M1-RP0-NNNN is an IP65 rated motor. This rating is made possible by the sealed motor housing and sealed cable connectors. Two cables connect the motor and a drive controller: a power cable and a feedback cable. The power supplied by the controller reaches the motor via the power cable. The motor sends feedback to the controller via the feedback cable. The connector for the power cable is located on the right side of the motor housing. Operators can order MSK motors with either a smooth shaft or a shaft that has a keyway. The shaft on the MSK100B-0400-NN-M1-RP0-NNNN motor has a keyway.

The motor shaft also has a seal. The purpose of the shaft seal is to protect motor bearings. The shaft seal also prevents leakage of motor oil. The encoder on the MSK100B-0400-NN-M1-RP0-NNNN motor is optical multiturn absolute encoder with Hiperface support. Singleturn encoders are also available for MSK motors.
