The rotor position can be controlled in real time and the speed control is improved by using an inbuilt encoder in this model. A specially designed sealing kit is provided in this model for the prevention of damage caused by sustained exposure to moisture and humidity.
The sealing kit inside the MSK100B-0200-NN-M2-BP2-RNNN creates a predefined amount of overpressure inside the motor. This helps to block the entry of unwanted fluids and also protects the motor in moist and humid environments. This model can be used for start stop applications at very high speeds. The outer enclosure of the motor is protected against the ingress of debris, certain chemicals, noncorrosive particles, oils, emulsions, and high speed water jets. This motor is also prefeed because of its ability to operate in wide ranging climates. The optimum operating conditions for this motor are between ambient temperatures of 0 °C and 40 °C. There is a slight derating in the motor’s performance if operated above 40 °C or below 0 °C. This model has the ability to function as a rotary mains as well.
