The MSK100A-0200-NN-M1-BP0-NNNN is a high quality synchronous motor that has been designed for better accuracy and precision during drive control tasks. This model has been built with very high quality materials and the outer enclosure is compliant with the IP 65 ingress protection protocols. This model is designed for the control of products in the assembly and production lines and their synchronized movements as per the process requirement. The synchronous motors from the MSK series are also preferred owing to their high torque output and the ability to maintain the peak torque output in different speed ranges. This motor can be used in areas where there is the risk of occasional/rare explosions in an event of a fault. This model also comes with protection extra-low voltage option for protection against electric shocks.
The MSK100A-0200-NN-M1-BP0-NNNN is designed for long operational life and its bearings have a nominal service life of 30,000 hours under normal operation. The bearings also have been prelubricated with the use of grease that reduces friction during high speed operations. The motor bearings also have the capacity to bear an increased amount of axial and radial load. With the use of an extra protective sealing kit, this motor can be used in wet rooms and other humid environments. The sealing kit has the ability to create a pressure barrier against the penetrating fluids inside the motor’s enclosure. This model is also used with an electronic commutation instead of a brushed design to eliminate the threat of sparks and to increase the peak torque availability at dfferent speeds.
