MSK075E-0300-NN-M3-UG1-NNNN is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. Its speed rating is 5200 RPM. It is part of the MSK product range. MSK motors are deployed in combination with a compatible servo controller. The controller and motor form a high-performance servo system that operators can deploy for a wide range of applications. The controller performs two functions: it supplies power to the motor and controls motor speed and torque. Two cables connect the motor and the controller: a power cable and a feedback cable. Both of these cables terminate on separate sockets on the motor housing. Connectors for both these cables must be ordered separately. The cables for both connectors belongs to IP65 protection class. The motor housing is fully sealed. In addition, the main motor shaft is fitted with a sealing ring. As a result, MSK motors can be used in adverse operating conditions.
Optimal motor performance requires 0 to 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and 0 to 1000 meters site elevation. Motor operation outside these limits leads to performance degradation, and can also lead to equipment damage. Use of MSK motors under improper operation conditions voids the product warranty. Any damage or injury occurring from improper use of Bosch MSK motors will solely be the responsibility of the operator. The MSK075E-0300-NN-M3-UG1-NNNN motor has an IP65 rated housing with a standard design. The encoder installed on the motor is a capacitive multiturn encoder. The encoder supports the Hiperface protocol. The motor has a plain shaft. An optional holding brake, rated for 23 Nm holding torque, is also installed on the motor. The electrical power connector can be rotated 240 degrees. The motor is designed for convection cooling.
