Product Description

The MSK071D-0200-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is a unique MSK motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth AG as part of the company's vision of aiding global industrial activities through effective automation technologies. The motor has successfully served many automated industries globally through its unique features.

The motor has, for necessary speed control, an optical encoder multi-turn hiperface with 128 signal periods and a maximum encoder speed of 9,000 per minute: giving absolute, indirect recording of motor position within 4,096 mechanical rotations.

Rexroth recommended an adequate working environmental condition for the proper operation of the motor; environmental recommendations include an ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C at a height between 0m and1,000m above the maximum sea level. Any deviation from these must be compensated for by the adequate adjustments of the performance data of the motor. The MSK071D-0200-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN makes use of 60K housing and 100k winding temperatures for the regulation of all its technical data. The motor has a maximum torque of 66.0Nm, a maximum current of 32.8A, a plain shaft as an output shaft, and connectors for the temperature sensor, holding brake (that protects the motor during emergencies), and the encoder system.

Its protective features include an IP65 protection design that insulate the motor from damages through contact and prevents the intrusion of the inner part of the motor by foreign substances like water, dust, and oils. Additionally, air sealing connections may be used to avoid the entry of liquids and dust into the motor. Internal cooling of the  MSK071D-0200-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN motor is achieved through a natural convection system, a thermal overload regulator that uses the temperature sensor and the temperature model, and the use of an accessory such as mountable fan unit.
