Bosch Rexroth is the manufacturer of the ultra-modern Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. One of the servo motor series in this drive system is the MSK series. The motors in this series belong to the IndraDyn S family and are characterized by their compact construction, high torque density, and high precision. They are commonly used as rotary main and servo drive motors in metal-forming machine tools, machine tools, and foodstuff and packaging machines.

The MSK070E-0300-NN-M1-AG1-NNAN is an MSK synchronous servo motor model with a frame size of 070 and a frame length E. It is a maintenance-free motor designed for cooling by natural convection and an optional blowing unit. Its encoder system is a multiturn absolute encoder with a Hiperface interface and 128 increments. It runs with the optical measuring principle and has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. This encoder is also equipped with a data storage feature that facilitates the rapid startup of the motor and its smooth adaptation to its drive controller.

The maximum speed of the MSK070E-0300-NN-M1-AG1-NNAN is 5,300 revolutions per minute, and its output shaft is the plain type with a shaft sealing ring. It is equipped with six pole pairs and uses plug-in connectors for its power and encoder connections. The Ingress Protection rating of this MSK motor model is IP 65 according to DIN EN 60529, which indicates that it is dust-proof and touch-proof.
