Product Description

The MSK070E-0150-NN-S1-UP1-NNNN synchronous servomotor offered by Bosch Rexroth uses a 23Nm holding brake. The motor incorporates terminal boxes for connection purposes. These connection boxes have to be closed as soon as the connection is done. This product comes with a length code of E. The unit poses a risk of personnel injury if its connections are fixed or removed in an energized state. It has to also be made sure that these connectors are always dry. The motor is fitted with a 240° rotatable flange socket to determine the output direction of its connected power and encoder cables.

The product must be shut down after decelerating the associated drive to controlled standstill mode with the help of machine-side control commands. The device renders maintenance-free operation if the specified operating conditions are observed. The unit should undergo maintenance work only after switching the related machine and securing it against accidentally switching on again. It has a hot surface with a temperature of over 60°C during or soon after operation. The motor functions can be negatively influenced due to excessive dust, chips or dirt on its surface. This MSK070E-0150-NN-S1-UP1-NNNN synchronous motor features backup support for one year and is dispatched in custom military-grade packaging to avoid damage during transit.

The motor bearings must be replaced if running noises occur or their nominal bearing service has been reached. The device will fail to run if the controller is faulty or enable signal is missing. The unit should be secured against falling before its mechanical connections are disconnected. It must be stored and transported only in horizontal orientation. The motor has 150 winding code. The keyway shaft of the product permits form-locking transmission of torques with a constant direction.
