The company is committed to allow customers to save time and money as far as their needs for precision servo motors is concerned. Bosch Rexroth’s Rexroth IndraDyn S MSK Synchronous Motors provide these needs. The MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NSNN for instance, is quite similar to MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NNNN in that the two servo motors both weigh 15.6 kilograms. This servo has a maximum velocity of 6000 Rpms.
The two servos are very similar. One major difference is the notation. “NSNN” denotes “standard and explosion protection design according to equipment group II, categories 3G and 3D according to DIN EN 60079 et seqq” while NNNN denotes “standard design.” The MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NSNN sports a winding code of 450 and an optical encoder, a multiturn-absolute Hiperface, with 128 increments, which are very similar specs with the MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NNNN. These specs allow engine customizations. The MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NSNN also uses natural convection for cooling. The MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NSNN has a shaft with keyway per DIN 6885-1 that comes with a shaft sealing ring.
The MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NSNN has a continuous torque (at standstill 60K) of 17.5 newton meters, and a continuous current (at standstill 60K) of 16.6 amperes. For continuous torque (at standstill 100K) meters and continuous current (at standstill 100K), the MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NSNN has 20.0 newton meters of torque and 22.0 amperes in continuous current, respectively. Like other servos in this group, MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NSNN has maximum torque of 52.5 newton meters and a maximum current of 49.8 amperes. Further, the MSK070D-0450-NN-M1-UP1-NSNN has a discharge capacity of the component at 4.5.
