Product Description

MSK070D-0150-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is a very powerful and process specific servo motor with digital AC control. It is synchronous motor that produces constant speed; therefore, it is extensively used in the processes that require high power density at low and constant speed. The major industrial processes where this motor can used include paper processing, printing processes, food processing, packaging, and others. This motor is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat GmbH, which is a subsidiary of a German conglomeration named as Robert Bosch AG.

This is a permanent magnet excited motor in which the permanent magnet installed on the rotor provides the permanent field excitement to reach the synchronous speed of the motor. This motor is maintenance free with weather proof cover designed to sustain in all environment conditions. This motor is designed to operate with full efficiency between 0 to 40 degree Celsius and below 1000 meter of sea level altitude.

The centering diameter of MSK070D-0150-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is 18.8 centimeters and the length of this servo motor drive is 26.8 centimeters. This digital control servo motor is designed to produce continuous torque of 26.3 Nm and maximum torque of 52.8 Nm. The maximum operating current without any damage for this synchronous motor is 24.8 amperes. This motor can run on rated speed of 2700 rpm.

This MSK series motor uses 0150 winding code with natural housing design suitable for the natural convection as mentioned NN in the product code. It has standard single turn optical encoder with 128 signal periods. There is no holding brake installed. The shaft has keyways with shaft sealing rings. The power connections of this motor can be rotated by 240 degrees. All other features of this motor are compliant with the standard specifications MSK series motors.
