The MSK070D-0150-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is one of the MSK synchronous motors by Bosch Rexroth. It is manufactured with a combination of years of experience in the field and new technologies to make it stand out from other synchronous motors. It is designed for use in Machine tools, Printing and paper-processing machines, Packaging and Food-processing machines, Metal-forming machines, and Robotics. It is distinguished from other motors by its high dynamics, compact construction, high torque density, and high degree of precision.
The motor encoder of the MSK070D-0150-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is the optical encoder singleturn Hiperface with 128 increments and a system accuracy of +/-80 angular seconds. The encoder permits absolute, indirect position recording within one mechanical motor rotation and gives it a high degree of precision. It has two important electrical connections, a power connection which includes a connection for a temperature sensor, and an encoder connection. The electrical connections are via a 240° rotatable plug. Its connections and terminals are protected against electric shock by protective extra-low voltage. The protective extra-low voltage system allows for connecting devices with basic insulation to extra-low voltage circuits.
It is equipped with radial shaft sealing rings according to DIN 6885-1, which ensures that the shaft seal is greased for a lifetime. Its protection category is IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529. Hence, it has complete shock protection, is protected against penetration of dust, and is also protected against water jets directed against the housing from all directions. Its housing varnish is black RAL 9005 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water which provides additional protection against diluted acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils. The housing has limited resistance against hydraulic oils and organic solvents and enables cooling by natural convection.
