Product Description

MSK070D-0150-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN is the commercial product code of a synchronous servo digital AC control motor designed for the purpose of industrial process automation. This servo motor is extensively used in the automation of industrial processes in the food processing, tooling, packaging, printing processes, and paper industries. This servo motor is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat GmbH. This company is electrical equipment manufacturing subsidiary of German giant Robert Bosch AG.

This servo motor is permanent magnet field excited synchronous motor that offers constant speed and consistent performance required for the industrial automation processes. It is 6 pole pairs motor whose windings sit on the stator and the rotor is made of magnetic plates. Windings also house the temperature sensors to track the overloading conditions of the motor.

The length of this motor is 268 mm with the centering diameter of 188 mm. This MSK series motor uses 0150 winding code with natural design of housing in compliant with the natural convection. The rated speed of this motor is 2700 rpm. The power of this motor is rated as 26.3 Nm continuous torque at standstill and 52.5 Nm maximum torque. This servo digital control AC motor is capable of sustaining as much as 24.8 amperes of current without causing any damage to the parts of the motor.

This motor has an optical encoder with multi-turn absolute hiperface that has rated signal period of 128. The shaft of this motor is the standard shaft with keyways compliant with the standard 6885-1. The shaft has also shaft sealing rings. The electrical connections of this motor can rotate by 240 degrees and the machine has no holding brakes installed as mentioned in code UP0.
