The MSK synchronous motors constructed by the Rexroth Bosch group can be used together with IndraDrive and Indramat drives. These motors offer high torque density. The MSK motors are the typical choices for printing presses, food preparation as well as packaging machines, and metal-forming applications. These motors use optical encoder systems. The MSK synchronous motors have adopted a modular design. This design makes it possible for the users to pull them off the machines and replace them whenever necessary. The MSK070C-0450-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN motor is equipped with a multiturn absolute optical encoder. This motor has a hiperface interface having 128 signal periods. The output shaft of this motor has a keyway and it has been sealed with a ring. The keyway allows for the transmission of form-fitting torques that bears constant direction and low requirements for the connection of the shaft-hub. This motor is balanced with a complete key. Therefore, the machine to be run or driven should be balanced without the use of a key. The MSK070C-0450-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN motor is available without a holding brake. The gearbox of this motor can be optimally adjusted. The housing and output shaft of this motor are standardly designed and have IP 65 protection degree.
