The MSK070C-0300-NN-S2-UG1-RNNN is a synchronous and flexible industrial motor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to convert electrical energy into kinetic energy required by industrial production and processing machines for optimum operation. This industrial motor designed according to the American and European quality standards, together with the Rexroth Indramat drive controller, the MSK070C-0300-NN-S2-UG1-RNNN motor forms an automation system that can support the operation of a broad range of industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines and lots more. This motor is absolutely safe for industrial operation as it is free from dangerous chemicals such as asbestos, silicon, and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

The MSK070C-0300-NN-S2-UG1-RNNN synchronous motor contains special ball bearings designed to reduce the friction generated at the base of the motor’s output shaft; these ball bearings have a normal service life of about 30000 hours; however, this can reduce significantly if the drive controller is overloaded. The output shaft of this drive controller is a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring; this output shaft is designed to support heavy loads; it is also connected to an electrically releasing holding brake which retains the load connected to the motor’s shaft when the motor is at a standstill. The operation of this holding brake is controlled by the industrial drive controller.

The MSK070C-0300-NN-S2-UG1-RNNN industrial drive controller contains a reduced shaft run-out and an axial run-out designed according to DIN 42955. The temperature of this industrial motor is regulated via natural convection; however, the motor can be axially and radially connected to an external fan to facilitate the temperature regulation process of the industrial motor. The thermal time constant of this motor is about 22.0 minutes, while the motor’s moment of inertia is about 0.00291 kilograms per meter square.
