Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MSK070C-0150-NN-M2-UG1-RNNN synchronous servomotor has a holding brake and a smooth shaft with a standard sealing ring. The motor has increased concentricity and run-out as per DIN 42955 specifications. The product must not have any contamination on its surface as this can result in reduced heat dissipation. The temperature of the device is monitored using a KTY84 type temperature sensor to render maximum protection against irreversible damage due to thermal overload. This sensor issues a warning when the motor housing temperature reaches 140°C. The unit comprises an isolation system with a high dielectric load. It must never have salt mist on its surface during transport and storage.

This product has to be stored only in a place that is free of direct solar radiation. This device is fitted with protective covers and sleeves. These sleeves and covers must be removed only at the time of assembly. The unit should be inspected visually for damage-free parts if it is kept unused for a long period. It is not supposed to be used in a damaged or faulty state. The motor components tend to get destroyed due to repeated high voltage inspections and/or improperly executed high voltage inspections. The product incorporates a multiturn absolute encoder with an EnDat 2.1 interface.

The device is associated with a C length code. The unit portrays a smooth and plain shaft. This shaft renders a backlash-free and force-fit shaft hub connection. The motor is coupled to the machine elements to be driven by means of tensioning elements or clamping sleeves. The product has IP 65 protection class on the flange side.
