Product Description
The Rexroth Indradyn S synchronous servo motors set new standards for the motor industry. They are characterized by their high dynamics, compact construction, and high torque density. They also display high degrees of precision with their new optical encoder systems. These motors can be used as rotary main and servo drive motors. Their typical areas of application include machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, metal forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK061C-0600-NN-M1-BG0-NNNN is equipped with a multiturn absolute optical encoder which permits absolute, indirect position recording within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. The integrated encoder unit has a data memory where the motor's parameters are stored. It has four pole pairs and a maximum speed of 6,000 rpm. When using the motor for operations with high repetition rates, it should be equipped with fan units also from Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a shaft with keyway and radial shaft sealing ring according to DIN 6885-1.
The electrical connections of the MSK061C-0600-NN-M1-BG0-NNNN consist of a power connector with a temperature sensor and an encoder connection; both of these are designed as plugin connectors. Ready-made cables from Rexroth should be used for its simple and fast assembly. Its flange sockets can be turned 240° to achieve desired output position when appropriate cables are plugged into it. The temperature sensor ensures protection against irreversible damage by thermal overload. The motor should be operated at an ambient temperature of 40°C, relative air humidity of 95%, and a setup height of 1000m above sea level to get optimum performance. For maximum safety, it undergoes standardized inspections like the electrical and mechanical tests so that users do not have to repeat these inspections.
