The MSK060C-0600-NN-S3-UG0-NNNN is a synchronous servo motor from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the MSK IndraDyn S Synchronous Motors series. With a size 060 frame and C length code, the unit is a compact drive element for positioning and velocity control on packaging lines, pick-and-place gantries, and similar industrial axes. In these applications, the motor converts drive current from an IndraDrive amplifier into controlled rotary motion that can be fed back precisely to the machine controller. Its compact format also helps it fit installations where axis spacing is limited but accurate motion is still required.

The motor relies on natural convection for heat dissipation, so the housing surface releases the losses generated during continuous duty. A rotatable 240° encoder connector simplifies cable routing, and the feedback system uses the Hiperface digital interface. Inside the encoder head, capacitive sensing tracks resist magnetic oil mist and vibration, and the position signal is produced across 16 signal periods for fine interpolation in servo loops. Because the system is single-turn, the controller receives absolute position within one mechanical revolution. This feedback arrangement supports stable speed and position control during repeated starts, stops, and direction changes.
