Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDyn S servo motors are a family of synchronous servo motors suited for various high-dynamics applications. The MSK series of motors are servo motors in this family characterized by their broad power spectrum and high torque density. Their typical areas of application include machine tools, printing and paper-processing machines, packaging and food-processing machines, robotics, and metal-forming machines. They are also components of the intelligent Rexroth IndraDrive drive system.

The MSK060C-0600-NN-S1-UP1-NNNN is a servo motor model in the MSK series of synchronous servo motors. One of this motor’s most outstanding features is its integrated single-turn absolute encoder with a Hiperface interface. The encoder uses the optical measuring system to ensure a high degree of precision in the control of the motor’s speed and its position. Its system accuracy is ±80 angular seconds, and it records the motor’s absolute indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation. The encoder also has a data memory that stores vital information like the type name of the motor, its control loop parameters, and motor parameters. It is an added benefit for the motor as it ensures its quick and easy startup and damage-free adaptation to its drive controller.
