Product Description
In the world of automation of mechanical components, Bosch Rexroth is the only reliable company. Owing to its innovative approach and dedication towards achieving perfection, it leads the way. This group specializes in the production and automation of core mechanical components like motors and hydraulics to technologies like casting/forging equipment.
IndraDyn S is one of its impressive lists of projects. These are state of the art synchronous motors that are designed to serve as the basis of intelligent control of modern industries. Incorporated with advanced data acquisition systems and compatible with Rexroth’s accurate motor drivers, these motors are the absolute best.
MSK060C-0600-NN-M1-UG1-NNNN is a model of the IndraDyn S series which is developed for high-end industrial applications. It comes in 2 primary designs: naturally cooled for lower torque applications and surface cooled for higher torque applications. The air-cooled version has two further types, the 60K and 100K versions, which are tested with the corresponding overtemperature conditions. They deliver 8.0 Nm and 8.8 Nm continuous torque at standstill, respectively.
The surface cooled version has an additional fan fitted onto it which induces forced convection, thereby improving heat transfer to the surroundings. This allows this version of the MSK060C-0600-NN-M1-UG1-NNNN motor to deliver 10.4 Nm torque at standstill. All of the aforementioned motors have the ability to produce a maximum torque of 24.0 Nm, can work unaffected within the ambient temperature range of 0-40 oC, and comes with a 10 Nm holding brake.
Moreover, this particular model is compatible with feedback-based control systems due to its multiturn optical encoder. This setup precisely measures the position of the motor’s rotor during each revolution and keeps a record of the total number of revolutions as well.
