The MSK060C-0600-NN-M1-BG1-NNNN is a model of the MSK servo motors in the IndraDyn S servo motor family. It features a plug-in connector that can be rotated up to 240o and 4 pole pairs. An optical multiturn absolute encoder with a Hiperface interface controls the motor’s speed and positions it by providing relevant signals to the drive controller. This encoder has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and permits the recording of the absolute, indirect position of the motor within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. The servo motor uses ready-made cables, which simplify its installation and mounting by ensuring a simple, quick, and fault-free assembly. It also supports cooling by natural convection with fan mounting as an option.
The compact construction of the MSK060C-0600-NN-M1-BG1-NNNN enhances its space-conserving feature. Its housing has an IP 65 rating as it is entirely sealed, touch-proof, and impervious to solid external objects and water jets. It is coated with a housing varnish made of black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. The coating is resistant to diluted acids and alkaline solutions, water, seawater, current mineral oils, organic solvents, and hydraulic oils.
