The MSK050C-0600-NN-M2-UP1-RNNN is servo motor. It is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for industrial applications. The motor is used with compatible drive controllers. A feedback device on the motor sends information to the drive controller about motor parameters. This information allows the drive controller to control the motor speed, torque and other parameters. The feedback device on the MSK050C-0600-NN-M2-UP1-RNNN motor is an optical encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface and 2048 signal periods. The motor encoder is a multiturn encoder which provides feedback information within 4096 shaft rotations. The MSK050C-0600-NN-M2-UP1-RNNN motor also features a holding brake that operates electrically when a 24 Volts DC signal is applied The current draw of the brake is 0.5 Amps.
