The Bosch Rexroth MSK050C-0450-NN-S3-UG1-NNNN synchronous servomotor features a 6Nm holding brake. This holding brake works on the electrically releasing principle. The motor also encompasses a plain shaft with a force-fit and backlash-free shaft hub connection that supports very quiet running. The radial shaft sealing ring is designed according to DIN 3760 specifications. The sealing ring is an abrasive seal that is highly resistant to chemicals and oil. The shaft of the product tends to get damaged due to intense reversing operation. The device supports a maximum allowed axial force of 40N. This unit must be fitted only with gearboxes that have an oil-proof closed lubrication system.
The holding brake of the motor has a voltage rating of 24V +/-10%. This brake holds the axes of the drive controller in standstill mode. The synchronous motor is CE Certified, RoHS Compliant, cURus Recognized and EAC Certified. The product deploys natural convection or self cooling mechanism. The heat is dissipated to the surroundings through natural radiation. The heat dissipation tends to get reduced due to contamination of the device.
