Product Description:

The MSK040C-0600-NN-M1-AG1-NNNN motor is a high accuracy and precision industrial servo motor designed to carry out continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies. This motor is manufactured by Rexroth Indramat according to the international quality standards,  It has a housing frame that is made of insulating materials that are relatively heat resistant, and it is covered with a black paint that protects it from corrosion when it is in contact with water, dilute the concentration of acids and lyes. It is relatively light and portable with a 3.5-kilogram weight. At a maximum input current of 12.4 Amperes, this motor can generate a synchronized high-frequency movement with 7500 radii per minute.

The MSK040C-0600-NN-M1-AG1-NNNN motor makes use of the optical encoder, Multiturn absolute Hiperface with 128 increments, which sets a digital interface with the machine tool to be controlled, it generates a high encoder resolution of 12bits. The features of the optical encoder involve a data memory, where the motor type name, the control loop parameters, and the motor parameters are filed; for easy and simple startup, the incremental system combines their inherent ability to measure intervals of rotation with a simple zero-position sensor to set their position at a startup, giving an un-delayed, easy startup, with a relatively low inertia moment of 0.00014-kilogram square meter.

The MSK040C-0600-NN-M1-AG1-NNNN motor has a cooling mechanism, which operates to reduce the internally generated heat.
